The service

TheBotCreator lets you design Telegram bots in an editor, with an optional AI assistant, and runs them on shared infrastructure. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give a real email address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for everything done with your account.

Your bots and content

You own your bot designs, media and the messages your bots send, and you are responsible for them. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver them on your behalf.

You must have the right to use every Telegram bot token, API key and file you add, and your bots must follow the Telegram Terms of Service and Bot Developer Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass or defraud anyone, to collect data without consent, to distribute malware or illegal content, or to try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may suspend a bot or an account that does, with notice where reasonable.

Plans, limits and payment

Each plan has limits on bots, monthly requests, AI edits, file size and storage, shown on the Billing page. When a monthly limit is used up, the affected feature stops until the next month or an upgrade; nothing is charged for overage.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles your payment details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

Bots run on Telegram, and llm_generate steps call OpenAI with the API key you provide, billed to you by OpenAI. Their availability and terms are outside our control. AI-generated content can be wrong; check what the assistant and your bots produce.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features and these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your bots or your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for a breach of these terms. When an account is deleted, its bots stop and their data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TheBotCreator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
