Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. You are not charged again.

Refunds

Payments are for monthly periods and are generally not refundable once a period has started, including for unused requests, storage or AI edits.

If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled — email support@thebotcreator.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit that period fairly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Changing plans

Switching to another paid plan changes your existing subscription; Dodo Payments prorates the difference.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
